I wish I could tell you to go here if you are on the way to Muskoka. I took a large detour to Stayner and for me it was worth it. That’s the calibre we’re talking about. Great family story, great vibe with an interesting twist on a shawarma bowl. The salad was fresh and the usually bland tomatoes and lettuce tasted phenomenal here and had a separate salad dressing that somehow worked even with the turnips and chicken and garlic. A Lebanese man is rolling over in his grave about this place but I enjoy modern food when done right. This was done right. I will say the chicken and sauce being only good brought the taste down. You can’t just be getting by on chicken although for 13.50 after tax I was happy.
