Guest review with Efstathios, he was needed for rating as this was my second shawarma of the day. Very clean place and very friendly workers. The price was unreal, $11.29 for a shawarma that almost competed with flaming stove for size. Almost… complimentary tea won us over for experience. Tag on great AC, great washrooms, hard to find a reason to not give it 25/25 for experience, but we decided not to because of location and the hope that a 25 exists somewhere else. We have to talk about the turnips. They didn’t exist. I’m cutting them some slack because it’s Turkish-style. Regardless vegetables were lackluster to say the damn least. We also have to talk about how oily/greasy it was. First bites had me thinking this spot was going to give flaming stove a run for its money. Lackluster vegetables and oily, not spicy shawarma took away from the great meat and amazing bread this place has going. What could’ve been Lezzet12! Less is more except when it comes to turnips! More is more.
