In Manhattan for a few days, had to get a shawarma. There was so many options it became hard to actually land on one but we ended up at Shawarma Bay in Midtown and got their Chicken platter while walking around. It was good, the chicken was the highlight as far as taste goes and the portion was really solid. $14US (19.66 cad) I’d hope so. The plate was just kind of random it had fries, rice, salad, and it all needed to be mixed better than it was (May be my fault). Also, no turnips or pickles is a dagger to any score especially with us. That being said relatively for Manhattan it’s not a bad deal. It just kind of felt like they wanted me out of there. The sauces were a free for all, and when I asked for recommendation they wouldn’t give me one which is tough when you’re at a new spot. Place was nice inside and quick though.
