I judged this book by its cover a bit, I thought it was bound to be shite but with each bite I was a little more impressed. Chicken was moist and plentiful. Sauces kind of non-existent aside from a huge garlic dollop on the first bite. Good pickles , good lettuce, not turnips though…Experience wasn’t great tbh , kinda slow and just felt a little too transactional and I felt unwelcome a little bit. No disrespect to the guy cooking though he seemed like a beauty. Would I come back? In a pinch or in the immediate area yea I would, it did the job.
