Solid spot doing shawarma's syrian style, which means veggies take a backseat for meat and the wrap is skinnier and longer. The way it's wrapped bodes well for it's structure, it held together wonderfully which was lovely. It was a decent serving size. Long, that's the word that comes to mind. The guy placed it right into my hand which I appreciated. There was lots of chicken, but it probably could've been more flavorful itself. That being said, the sauces were the highlight and helped elevate the meat. The garlic sauce was tangy and plentiful, and there was a nice sweetness from the pomegranate sauce. The lack of veggies does hurt though; it was delicious but I'm a veggie guy. Pickles, turnips, maybe some onion. But I respect this is a different style that doesn't incorporate as much veg as the usual.
